Senior Manager - Legal

What you'll do

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial & revenue contracts such as PPAs (Utility, C&I, Third Party, International)
• Review RFQ/RFP/tender documents to identify contractual, commercial, and compliance risks; support bid submission workflows
• Review and negotiate debt financing–related documents, including Loan agreements, debenture bonds, security documents, and related financing contracts
• Work closely with internal teams — including project development, procurement, technical, finance, risk management, business development, compliance
• Provide strategic leadership to the contracts team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration
