About the role

Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments in the healthcare sector. A successful Senior Manager - M&A should have: Qualified CA with at least 5+ years of experience in a strategic driven role, Big 4, consulting firm preferred. Proven expertise in mergers and acquisitions, including financial modelling and valuation.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with global stakeholders
• Lead the end-to-end M&A process, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities
• Perform detailed financial modelling and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Develop and present business cases and recommendations to senior leadership
