What you'll do

• Leads enterprise operational improvement from problem definition through sustained execution
• Provides objective assessment, root-cause analysis, governance, operating-model design, cross-functional alignment, implementation support
• Operational assessment and risk: Identifies root causes, control gaps, failure points, adoption barriers, and material business risks across quality, workforce
• Governance and operating model design: Builds scalable playbooks, workflows, RACIs, standards, decision rights, performance routines, and escalation paths
• Implementation and effectiveness: Translates findings into actions, owners, checkpoints, adoption measures, and outcome tracking; supports sustainable BAU handoff
