Senior Manager - Process Excellence - Global Service Centre

About the role

Lead end-to-end process redesign engagements using Design Thinking and human-centred methodologies. Reengineer complex business processes particularly in Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Finance (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay). Use data insights and process mapping tools to identify root causes and continuous improvement opportunities.

What you'll do

• Process Transformation & Design Thinking
• Lead end-to-end process redesign engagements using Design Thinking and human-centred methodologies
• Use data insights and process mapping tools to identify root causes and continuous improvement opportunities
• Facilitate discovery workshops, journey mapping sessions, and ideation activities with cross-functional teams
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redundancies in current-state processes
