What you'll do

• Support formulation and periodic refinement of the VCA-X strategy by converting strategic priorities into executable workplans
• Define objectives, metrics, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps; track progress and drive corrective action
• Prepare concise performance reporting and decision materials for VCA-X leadership
• Define governance forums, decision rights, escalation paths, and operating cadences; own agendas, actions, and follow-through
• Develop and govern quality frameworks, delivery controls, review checkpoints, and acceptance standards across the portfolio
