What you'll do

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the Risk & Safety (R&S) studies
• Drive achievement of annual budgets and resource utilization metrics set out by the IND product line
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards where applicable
• Establish performance metrics, KPI’s and continuous improvement programs, oversee capacity planning and resource utilization
• Technical Service Delivery for Risk & Safety activities

What you need
