Senior Manager - RTR

About the role

The Senior Manager - Record to Report (R2R) Tower Lead will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Record-to-Report function within Harsco Environmental’ s India GCC, supporting multiple businesses, countries, and legal entities.

What you'll do

• Ensure effective delivery across General Ledger, Financial Close, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and related accounting activities
• Lead governance over monthly, quarterly and annual close, ensuring accurate, complete and timely financial accounting and reporting
• Improve close speed, predictability and quality through standardization, automation, effective issue resolution and adherence to accounting policies
• Own balance-sheet reconciliation governance, with risk-based review of material accounts and timely resolution of aged, unsupported or unreconciled balances
• Provide oversight of Fixed Asset and Intercompany accounting, reconciliation and related financial controls
