Senior Manager – Sales Excellence & GTM Strategy

About the role

Reporting to the Vertical Lead – Sales Excellence & GTM, this role will support sales excellence and go-to-market initiatives across the Foods businesses, helping strengthen frontline execution, improve productivity, and drive adoption of standard ways of working.

What you'll do

• Support execution of sales excellence and GTM initiatives across Foods businesses
• Identify execution gaps using sales data, market inputs, and system reports, and recommend practical solutions
• Coordinate market rollouts, adoption tracking, follow-ups, and issue resolution
• Use dashboards and digital tools to improve visibility, governance, and decision-making
• Prepare trackers, review notes, and structured insights for business and sales leadership
