Senior Manager Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to drive strategic account growth and customer success in Africa Region. The ideal candidate will combine enterprise sales acumen with account management expertise, owning end-to-end client relationships — from lead generation and acquisition to delivery oversight, renewals, and expansion.

What you'll do

• Business Development & Sales
• Generate and manage a robust pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to meet revenue targets (USD 2M annual target or as defined)
• Execute the complete sales cycle — lead generation, qualification, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and closure
• Collaborate with Marketing for campaigns, events, ABM initiatives, and lead generation activities
• Develop customized value propositions, presentations, and proposals aligned with client needs
