Senior Manager – Site Acquisition (Data Centre)

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end site acquisition lifecycle—from identification, due diligence, and commercial negotiations through to final transaction closure—to secure high-quality, expansion-ready sites for data center developments .

What you'll do

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and commercial negotiation of strategic data center sites, securing commercially viable site-control structures, agreements
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners—including legal, finance, engineering, and power procurement—as well as external utilities, brokers, landowners

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Due diligence
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E. or BBA
