As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in the CRO industry, you will have a significant impact in attracting and recruiting top talent, enabling us to continue delivering world-class scientific solutions that improve health outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead, manage and coach high-performing teams, encouraging a supportive and collaborative environment that promotes growth, innovation, and operational excellence
• Enable your team members to become trusted advisors, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making and achieve business goals
• Determine and implement strategies to attract and hire individuals with the right work behaviors
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring plans across business units, globally and within the region
• Partner with extended HR pillars to contribute to the successful integration of new hires into the organization
