About the role

In this role, you will lead teams building and scaling systems that power reservations, pricing, fleet allocation, counter workflows, customer identity, and mobile experiences across global, multi-brand environments. You will operate in a high-scale, transaction-intensive ecosystem , ensuring systems are reliable, performant, and aligned to business needs.

What you'll do

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend systems and microservices, defining architecture and selecting appropriate technologies
• Own the end-to-end delivery of software projects, from requirements through testing and deployment, coordinating multiple streams and ensuring timely completion
• Guide and mentor engineers, perform performance reviews, support career growth, and build high-performance teams
• Collaborate closely with product management, frontend, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and deliver features…
• Champion best practices for code quality, security, performance and maintainability, including code reviews, testing standards and CI/CD integration
