Senior Manager Total Rewards Netafim

About the role

Be able to translate complex data into clear recommendations and conclusions to support business decisions. Partners with PBPs and business leaders for the attraction, retention and motivation of our talent, while ensuring the consistent implementation of Orbia and Netafim Total Rewards philosophy, policies, and practices and promoting alignment and standardization across business units.

What you'll do

• Manage the annual compensation cycle across the regions, including merit reviews, salary planning, bonus calculation and payouts, compensation recommendations
• Administer regional compensation programs , including job architecture, salary structures, benchmarking, short- and long-term incentive programs
• Provide compensation and benefits consulting and operational support to HR, business leaders, and people managers
• Conduct market analysis and benchmarking activities to support compensation decisions, salary structure reviews, pay positioning, retention initiatives
• Support workforce planning, salary budgeting, and employment cost analysis , partnering with Finance and HR stakeholders on annual budget exercises

What you need

• 4–7 yrs of experience
