Senior Manager - Training

About the role

Responsible for identifying training needs, implement training KPIs, organizing learning and development, managing training budget, maximize employee performance, assess training effectiveness, functional leadership and integrity initiatives, collaborate with business and function to ensure business needs are being met

What you'll do

• Responsible for the design, delivery, and management of training programs for the organization
• Identifying training needs, developing training materials / content, delivering training sessions and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
• Creating Learning Architecture with development milestones for training programs
• Create a blended training approach and strong pull-through of core knowledge and efficiencies through multi-touch point training solutions that use innovative delivery…
• Designing content through emerging learning solutions - gamification, video, micro learning, simulations and immersive activities
