About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the AOMS India team which is part of the Amex Offers Marketing Operations center of excellence within AODM. The AOMS India team is responsible for enabling Merchant and Card Member growth strategies and focusing on ensuring flawless onboarding and execution of global Amex Offers campaigns through effective marketing solution design, consultation, campaign set-up and delivery.

• Responsible for driving process transformation and automation to drive greater capacity and speed to market while maintaining quality and performance metrics
• Manage the onboarding process and offer set-up for Global AmEx Offers, ensuring the successful set-up, execution, and delivery of offers within the Amex Offers Ecosystem
• Review and validate all process steps in the end-to-end Amex offers construct
• Build team capabilities through coaching, knowledge sharing, succession planning and mentoring new team members
