Senior Merchandiser – Product Development & Production | Fynd Create

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Merchandiser to own the journey from inspiration Style or a Confirmed tech pack to shipped order — driving product development, costing, Fabric sourcing, Production planning, vendor execution, and cost/sustainability performance across our factory base.

What you'll do

• Own the seasonal production calendar across assigned accounts/factories, flagging risks to on-time delivery early
• Act as the primary merchandising liaison between buyers/brand teams and factory floors, resolving execution issues in real time
• Monitor line-side feeds and BI dashboards to identify bottlenecks proactively
• Negotiate trims, fabric, and freight costs to achieve FOB savings without compromising compliance or quality
• Track and report sustainability performance across assigned vendors, escalating non-compliance
