Senior Operations Analyst

About the role

The Senior Operations Analyst supports revenue cycle operations by driving accurate, timely work across authorization, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle management processes. This hybrid role is based in Chennai, India , and is designed for someone with experience in healthcare operations and life sciences-related workflows.

What you'll do

• Execute revenue cycle management tasks with accuracy and timeliness across assigned work queues
• Review and process accounts receivable (AR) work items to support resolution of outstanding claims and payment-related issues
• Manage authorization-related activities, including validation, tracking, and follow-up to support service continuity
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve workflow performance
• Coordinate with internal partners to resolve process gaps and support smooth handoffs across teams
