Senior Operations Specialist – India

About the role

As the Senior Operations Specialist , you will play key role in supporting sales growth through exceptional customer service, strong operational execution and optimized product availability across Cartier India's network. Acting as the main operational contact for boutiques and partners, you will support all Cartier product categories and oversee stock availability, replenishment, order flows, invoicing, returns and stock movements.

What you'll do

• Play key role in supporting sales growth through exceptional customer service
• Support all Cartier product categories and oversee stock availability, replenishment, order flows, invoicing, returns and stock movements
• Contribute to business performance and uphold Cartier’s image by ensuring accurate, responsive and reliable operational support
• Work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse, IT and Maison Headquarters to resolve issues
• Act as the main operational contact for boutiques and partners on stock availability, replenishment, returns and stock movements
