About the role

MATERIAL ORDER MANAGEMENT, SYSTEMS EVALAUATION & ANALYSIS Feedback Engineer will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the components of elevator systems, understand the issue related to it’s performance and provide workable resolution to the end user. This position interfaces with other Engineering groups, Field Engineers, and Suppliers to provide world class customer support

What you'll do

• Interpret engineering drawings and other technical documents
• Be able to identify correct elevator material that is required
• Follow up with suppliers, factories for material ordered and escalate appropriately
• Handle Feedbacks without delays
• Achieve and exceed set targets (Performance, Quality)

What you need

• 0–4 yrs of experience
• SOP writing
• Customer service
• B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

• Excel
• MS Office
