Senior Process Associate

About the role

Processes day-to-day transactions for clients using invoice financing (invoice discounting) facilities, where clients raise funds against unpaid customer invoices. Reconciles client accounts, processes payment requests, and resolves client and third-party queries within agreed timelines

What you'll do

• Reconcile client sales ledgers against submitted invoices and debtor payments and keep client account records accurate and up to date
• Process client drawdown/payment requests and post approved payments to the correct accounts
• Support the supplier early-payment facility — processing payment amendments, adjustments and follow-ups within agreed terms
• Respond to routine queries from clients, auditors and other banks about account balances, exposures and transaction history
• Update currency exchange rates and process cross-currency transactions and adjustments as required
