Senior Product Manager - Product Adoption, Insights & AI

About the role

Are you an experienced Product Manager with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for turning data into action? If so, join our team and help shape how Nutanix measures product adoption, customer value realization, and business outcomes across our portfolio. In this role, you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Product Adoption & Insights.

What you'll do

• Partner with Product Managers, Customer Success, Sales, Renewals, Engineering
• Define and evolve adoption frameworks, telemetry requirements, customer health metrics, and executive reporting
• Build AI-powered actionable insights that help Customer Success and Account teams proactively identify risks and opportunities
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to identify new opportunities and drive prioritization
• Drive stakeholder alignment and enablement across Product, Customer Success, Field, and Corporate Strategy organizations
