About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead key charters across the Talent & Business Success suite. The role focuses on improving workflows for managers, employees, and hiring teams, driving module-level outcomes, and ensuring high quality delivery across performance, goals, learning touchpoints, and hiring workflows.

What you'll do

  • Own roadmap execution for one or more Talent suite modules
  • Run discovery with HR leaders, managers, and employees
  • Define clear problem statements and success metrics
  • Coordinate delivery across engineering and design
  • Improve adoption, usability, and customer outcomes

What you need

  • 5–8 yrs of experience
