Senior Regional Sales Manager, Punjab & Haryana, Farm Replacement Sales

About the role

The role drives regional sales growth by delivering volume and Gross Margin targets, strengthening customer relationships, expanding channel presence, and improving market share. Through data-driven planning, field intelligence, and sales team development, it ensures effective execution of business priorities and sustainable market competitiveness.

What you'll do

• Analyze regional market dynamics, customer segments, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
• Drive volume, Gross Margin, and channel development targets in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Monitor AOP performance, Share of Accounts (SOA), and Share of Market (SOM), implementing corrective actions to achieve business objectives
• Manage and strengthen key customer accounts to drive sustainable growth and improve account performance
• Develop action plans to enhance customer business capabilities, commercial effectiveness, and channel productivity
