Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) to join our growing sales team at Xeno. In this role, you'll own outbound demand generation, identify and research high-potential enterprise accounts, engage with key decision-makers, and build meaningful relationships to generate qualified sales opportunities.

What you'll do

• Own outbound demand generation: Drive outbound prospecting efforts to identify and engage potential enterprise customers and generate qualified sales opportunities
• Conduct targeted account research: Research prospective companies, identify relevant decision-makers
• Execute outbound prospecting: Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and other targeted outreach to generate interest, initiate conversations
• Build stakeholder relationships: Identify and engage multiple stakeholders within target accounts, nurturing relationships throughout the prospecting process
• Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies and tactics
