• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and customize sales approaches accordingly
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management review
