Senior Sourcing Specialist

The Senior Sourcing Specialist is responsible for driving end-to-end sourcing strategies for trainers, vendors, and talent across global markets. This role focuses on identifying high-quality resources, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective fulfillment of requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end sourcing for trainers, vendors, and talent based on client requirements
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure high-quality and timely delivery
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and trainers across global markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners
• Drive vendor engagement, negotiations, and rate finalization
