About the role

The ER Specialist will be responsible for managing Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), contract labor administration, statutory compliance, and workforce engagement. The role requires strong people management skills, hands-on experience with labor laws, government liaison, and data-driven HR reporting.

What you'll do

• Employee & Industrial Relations
• Manage Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) activities across the organization
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and conflict resolution
• Maintain healthy industrial relations with workmen, unions (if applicable), and internal stakeholders
• Support management in negotiations, settlements, and dispute resolution
