Senior Specialist/Manager - Non-Technology Hiring (Talent Acquisition)

We are looking for an accomplished candidate with a record of academic and professional achievement to be a part of our innovative Talent Acquisition team based in the Firm’s office in Hyderabad. This is a dynamic, high-visibility position offering multiple opportunities to work closely with the firm’s various businesses.

What you'll do

• Play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining the recruitment strategies for finance and enabling groups across business units
• Be expected to manage end-to-end hiring requirements (which includes, but is not limited to, requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and interviewing)
• Also be responsible for driving and enhancing various recruitment programs for our global operations as well as streamlining existing processes
• Be expected to obtain and maintain documentation and data to support operational efficiency and compliance requirements
• Manage execution of projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
