About the role
We are looking for an intelligent and resourceful candidate for our Talent Management team based in Hyderabad. Some of the Talent Management functions include managing critical operations on portfolios such as Onboarding, Separations, benefits and Policies, Statutory Compliance and HR operations.
What you'll do
- Be analyzing processes and coming up with ways to automate operational tasks
- Also need to prepare, track, and maintain appropriate documentation and trackers, handle document management, document audit, vendor management
