About the role

As the Senior Strategy & Execution Manager, you will act as the COO for the India GTM team, partnering directly with the VP of India and his leadership team within the APJ Business Unit.

What you'll do

• Act as the COO for the India GTM team, partnering directly with the VP of India and his leadership team within the APJ Business Unit
• Be instrumental in developing the GTM strategy as well turning strategy into execution: owning the GTM planning, setting the operating rhythm
• Also have plenty of opportunity to lead select strategic initiatives supporting APJ more broadly
• Serve as the strategy partner to the VP of India, translating goals into clear plans, owners, and deliverables
• Run the India sales operating cadence, including forecast calls, pipeline and business reviews, and drive accountability on priorities
