ob Description – Informatica IDMC MDM Application Support Engineer We are looking for an Informatica IDMC MDM Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support for cloud-based Master Data Management (MDM) solutions built on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).

What you'll do

  • Provide L2/L3 production support for Informatica IDMC MDM applications
  • Monitor and support MDM processes, data loads, match/merge operations, and data stewardship activities
  • Troubleshoot application, data, and integration-related incidents within SLA timelines
  • Support Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), and MDM SaaS services
  • Perform SQL analysis, data validation, reconciliation, and root cause investigation
