What you'll do

• Own end-to-end system requirements engineering for High Voltage (HV) and Thermal Management Systems across BEV and PHEV programs, ensuring requirement quality
• Apply system-level thinking to define, integrate, and optimize interactions between HV, battery, thermal, HVAC, control
• Drive technical decision-making by evaluating architecture options, requirement trade-offs, interface definitions
• Influence technical direction and innovation through continuous improvement initiatives, advanced engineering practices, technology evaluations
• Lead stakeholder management and alignment by collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, suppliers, and system architects to resolve technical issues

What you need
