What you'll do

• Managing the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires
• Collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs and finding suitable talent
• Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment
• Mediating disputes and implementing conflict resolution strategies
• Setting up performance appraisal systems and facilitating feedback sessions between employees and supervisors
