The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent to support DePuy Synthes’ business growth across the region. This role manages end‑to‑end recruitment activities, partners closely with hiring managers, and delivers a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles
• Partner closely with senior business and HR stakeholders, providing trusted advice on recruitment strategy, talent availability
• Develop tailored sourcing and attraction strategies for complex and business-critical roles
• Build and actively manage talent pipelines to support current hiring requirements and future workforce needs
• Use talent intelligence, recruiting data and market insights to identify challenges, influence decisions and recommend solutions
