Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end IT hiring across various technologies and business units. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive closures in a fast-paced hiring environment.

What you'll do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across different technology stacks
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray searches, referrals, and networking channels
• Screen and assess candidates based on technical and business requirements
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups

What you need

• 7–13 yrs of experience
