About the role

The Senior Talent Sourcer, PST Team is a strategic sourcing expert who not only builds and maintains robust pipelines for hub based and specialized roles but also acts as a mentor and process innovator within the sourcing team. This role bridges the gap between sourcing and full cycle recrui tment by deepening market intelligence, supporting employer branding, and collaborating more closely with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAPs) and hiring managers.

• Partner with TAPs to co create sourcing strategies aligned to business needs. Participate in intake meetings and, as appropriate
• Mentor and coach junior sourcers, sharing best practices and providing feedback. Process Improvement & Employer Branding
• Maintain exemplary data hygiene in ATS and sourcing trackers. Provide regular reports on pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness
