What you'll do

• Preparation and review of consolidated federal, multi-state separate and unitary, and local corporate tax returns, related workpapers
• Update and maintain the tax calendar encompassing all tax filings (forms, payments, returns, etc.) and ensure timely and accurate compliance with all tax deadlines
• Assist with preparing the information and analysis to accurately respond to Federal, State and Local jurisdictional notices and audit requests
• Assist with India tax compliance including return preparation and review as well as responding to notices from relevant taxing authorities
• Prepare indirect tax filing obligations such as: GST, property, sales and use tax returns
