Senior, Tax Services-EMEA-Middle East Payroll-Hyderabad

About the role

We are looking to hire an experienced Senior – Middle East Payroll, Reporting & Analytics professional who brings a strong combination of payroll domain knowledge and technical reporting capability. This role will support domestic payroll operations for Middle East countries, with a focus on payroll inputs, validation, reconciliations, controls, stakeholder coordination, and management reporting.

What you'll do

• Manage and support end-to-end payroll activities for Middle East countries in line with agreed timelines and quality standards
• Prepare, validate, and review payroll inputs including earnings, deductions, statutory components, leave, reimbursements, and final settlement elements
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, and exception handling prior to payroll sign-off
• Review payroll output reports and identify discrepancies, root causes, and corrective actions
