Senior Team Member

About the role

As a Senior Team Member, you will be responsible for food preparation, hygiene, and station cleanliness. With prior experience in similar fast-paced kitchens, you’ll be expected to own your workstation, ensure consistency in mise-en-place and food prep, and support junior staff by guiding them. Your role demands accountability, attention to detail, and readiness to step in where needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety rules
• Do mise-en-place prep and ensure quality before cooking
• Assist in cooking and assembling meals as per standards
• Support in packing & dispatch only when needed
• Keep your station clean and hygienic

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• Food safety
• Food production
• Class 12
