About the role

The Senior Technical Account Managers will play a key role by acting as a dedicated point of contact for all technical and product related discussions post go live for all the Key accounts . We see technical experience as a vital component of the overall merchant journey. When we excel in our role, merchants can effortlessly accept payments from their end customers and expand their businesses on PhonePe.

What you'll do

• Build healthy relationships with merchant's tech contacts, help them unblock challenges
• Understand merchant queries, analyse them and do hands-on troubleshooting to ensure merchant's day-to-day technical challenges are resolved in a timely and professional…
• Help Identify product & technical gaps and suggest improvements
• Report Issues or bugs to Product /Software engineering teams and work towards a resolution with collaboration
• Act as Subject matter expert and drive all best practices with the merchant, document all tech related info

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• REST APIs
• Postman
• PowerPoint
• Sales
• Communication
• Any graduate
