Senior Technical Specialist

About the role

The need for a consultant or specialist to manage and support an organization's real estate processes within the SAP environment. This role requires expertise in the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the SAP RE-FX module and its integration with other SAP components, particularly Finance (FI/CO).

What you'll do

• System Configuration and Maintenance: Configuring and maintaining the SAP RE-FX module to support all real estate management processes
• Support and Troubleshooting: Providing ongoing support, troubleshooting complex user issues via ticket tracking systems
• Reporting and Analysis: Generating and analyzing financial reports related to the real estate portfolio and supporting period-end and year-end closing activities
• Process Improvement and Training: Identifying process gaps, recommending improvements, and conducting workshops and training sessions for business users
