What you'll do

• Resolve Meditech Incidents and SR, hands on experience is required
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues and provide resolution. Co ordinate with Meditech or internal cross functional teams as required
• Perform system configuration, testing, and validation during updates, patches, and optimization projects
• Develop and maintain user documentation, workflows, and training materials
• Collaborate with end-users to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• ServiceNow
• Medication administration
• Root cause analysis
• Any graduate

Good to have

• SQL
