About the role

India, MAHARASHTRA, Pune, Pune Corporate Office - Mantri, Megapolis To ensure high availability, security, performance, and resilience of PostGres databases across PaaS and IaaS environments by providing end-to-end ownership, enabling robust HA/DR capabilities, and ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end PostGres database availability, performance, and reliability across PaaS/IaaS platforms
• Ensure high availability, DR readiness, and RPO/RTO compliance through robust architecture and regular drills
• Drive database security and compliance aligned with RBI/NBFC, ISO, and enterprise standards
• Lead performance optimization, incident resolution, and operational excellence initiatives
• Provide team leadership and vendor governance to ensure consistent, resilient, and scalable database operations. Major Challenges
