What you'll do

• In This Role, You Will: 1
• Serve as the primary people leader for 200+ India-based marketing professionals across multiple disciplines
• Drive a comprehensive India marketing talent strategy: workforce planning, strategic hiring, structured onboarding, career pathing
• Identify and accelerate high-potential leaders; build robust succession pipelines and a strong internal bench across all marketing functions
• Partner with Global Marketing Operations to identify, pilot, and scale high-impact AI and automation use cases in India-based workstreams: content production, QA
