Senior WHS Manager

About the role

The Sr. WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) Manager will be primarily responsible for managing all health and safety matters for our Quick Commerce sites and third-party operations. The individual will implement Amazon's safety policies and ensure compliance with all applicable local and regional regulations.

What you'll do

• Responsible for managing all health and safety matters for our Quick Commerce sites and third-party operations
• Responsible for instructing and training Operations leaders on company safety policies and assisting regional teams in incorporating safety standards at their sites
• Responsible for auditing Quick Commerce sites and third-party sites
• Measure the region and sites' performance against published requirements in WHS policies. For all deficiencies, identify and implement a plan to fix them
• Deliver quality projects on time to Operations

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
• Compliance
• Lean manufacturing
• DCS
• B.Tech or B.E.
