About the role

What you'll do

• Ensure services meet agreed quality, timeliness, and employee experience standards
• Maintain clear accountability across retained and outsourced activities
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and contractual commitments
• Support governance of payroll, compensation, benefits, performance, succession, and talent technology platforms and their operational processes
• Ensure operational readiness for payroll cutoffs, year-end activities, annual compensation and benefits events, performance cycles, and talent-review processes

What you need
