L1 / L2 Service Desk /Help Desk Support / Remote Support / Technical Support – Voice base Process

What you'll do

  • Accept & registersService Calls
  • Classify Service Calls according to the specified options
  • Execute 1 st attempt to solve the Service Call
  • Refer Service Call tothe appropriate Resolution Owner Support Group
  • Communicate response times for dispatched tickets to the customers

What you need

  • 1–4 yrs of experience
  • Voice process
  • BCA or MCA or B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma

What you get
