Service Desk Specialist

About the role

In this role, you will be owning complex tickets from first contact through to resolution and coordinating incident response for high-impact issues. You’ll troubleshoot across Google Workspace, macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, MDM, Slack and core internal tools, using your depth of experience to unblock users quickly and safely.

What you'll do

• Be owning complex tickets from first contact through to resolution and coordinating incident response for high-impact issues
• Troubleshoot across Google Workspace, macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, MDM, Slack and core internal tools, using your depth of experience to unblock users quickly and safely
• Take ownership of standard and complex technical issues, diagnosing, researching, tracking, and resolving them
• Collaborate with colleagues across our global team to share knowledge and solve problems
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware, software, user accounts, trading environments, operating systems, and mobile devices
