About the role

You'll be working with Operations — a group that runs on coffee and an infectious passion for building products that have never been built before. Break stuff, break assumptions, break the thumb rule. Believe in the team, the process, and through failures. Build fast, build passionately, build to simplify.

What you'll do

  • A Service Planning Manager oversees service operations, capacity forecasting, resource allocation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, finance, engineering, and field operations to build volume forecasts and consensus plans
  • Process Optimization: Analyze service gaps, track root causes of delays, and implement workflow or continuous improvement initiatives
