About the role

Service support lead at Finova Capital. Service Leadership: Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for installation.

What you'll do

  • Commissioning, and preventive maintenance across all product lines
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary escalation point for critical field failures
  • Specifically regarding power electronics components (IGBTs, busbars, and gate drivers)
  • Speeds and high "First-Time-Fix" rates to maintain customer trust
  • Critical spares (PCBs, sensors, and cooling units)
